By accessing or using Elixova ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided through the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time — your service continues until the end of the billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating laws, infringing intellectual property, distributing malware, sending spam, attempting unauthorized access, or exceeding rate limits beyond fair use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Elixova and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Elixova and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your content remains yours — you grant us a limited license to host and display your content within the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Elixova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will provide a data export window of 30 days after termination upon request.
